For women running businesses between school runs, client calls, and half-finished ideas - ready for more clarity (and breathing room) in how they sell and deliver their work.
You’re not new to this. You’ve built something solid - loyal clients, good results, a reputation you’ve earned.
But when someone asks, “So what exactly do you offer?” …you hesitate.
You scroll through your notes app or old Canva graphics, trying to remember which version you’re “meant” to be promoting right now.
You’ve tweaked your prices, renamed your package (again), and still can’t shake the sense that something’s missing.
It’s not confusion, you just need space to make your offers as clear and grounded as you’ve become.
That’s what this morning is for.

Joining the launch program with Taryn came at just the right time for me. For years, I’d been thinking about sharing an online program but wasn’t sure how to really make the offer. One of the greatest gifts from working with Taryn was learning how to take care of the pre-launch phase — getting people interested and invested before I even shared it live. It felt easeful, accessible, and fun — not salesy or pushy. By the time I was ready to launch, I already had people plugged in and the confidence to share my work publicly.”

We’ll meet at The Lion in Wendlebury, a countryside setting just outside Bicester — soft light, good food, even better company.
You’ll move through a blend of grounded strategy, gentle reflection, and live coaching — followed by a two-course lunch shared with women who get it - the juggling, the ambition and the tenderness of wanting to do work that matters and feel good doing it.
“Taryn brought a calm clarity to the process, helping me find my footing in a way that felt grounded and authentic. What sets her apart is her ability to really listen and quietly hone in on the core blockers that hold you back. With her support, I not only tried those things — I kept going with them. Working with her brought a genuine shift for me.”
— Saskia Hart, Leadership Coach & Ex-Military Leader

→ You’ve got a good offer — you just want the words to do it justice.
→ You’re juggling too many ideas and want one clear, profitable focus.
→ You’re creating something new and want to get it right from the start.
→ You’ve raised your prices (or want to) but need the confidence behind the number.
→ You crave structure & accountability without losing the creativity that makes your work yours.
→ You want to sell without the tight chest, fake smile, or rehearsed lines.
“Before the programme I had these ideas, but something was holding me back from taking them forward. Working with Taryn helped me take one action at a time, get things done, and connect my spiritual practice with my business. My business feels grounded now, and I’m genuinely inspired and excited about what’s next.”
— Nikka Alma, Therapeutic Art Life Coach & Kambo Practitioner
I’m new to business — will this still be right for me?
If you’ve already supported people in a professional capacity (through coaching, therapy, design, consulting, etc.) and you have an offer idea in mind, then yes — this will be perfect for you.
If you’re still in the “figuring out what I want to do” stage, this workshop might feel a bit early.
I don’t have a car — how can I get to the venue?
No problem at all. I’ll be arranging a shared taxi to and from Bicester North Station (about 5 minutes away), and it’s included at no extra cost.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. If you’d like to discuss a payment plan that works better for you, just reach out — we’ll find a way that feels doable.
What should I bring?
Just your notebook, an open mind, and your current offers or ideas. Everything else (including lunch, materials, and good coffee) is covered.
I’m introverted / nervous about group settings — will I feel comfortable?
Absolutely. The workshop is intentionally small (max 10 women) and designed to feel relaxed, grounded and friendly — not performative or pressured. You’ll have plenty of space to reflect, think, and connect in your own way.
You’ll leave lighter. The overthinking turned down, your next offer mapped, priced, and ready to move.
A few hours of focused strategy.
A beautiful lunch.
And the reminder that business can feel calm, clear, and deeply satisfying again — like a deep exhale instead of another to-do.
"Before I started working with Taryn, I was leading a team in a high-pressure environment and felt anxious, stuck, and disconnected from my purpose. Now I’ve left my nine-to-five, secured three long-term contracts that bring in more income than before, and created space to grow my own practice. My nervous system feels at peace, and I finally feel confident about the path I’m on.”
— Ashleigh Hope-Jones, Occupational Therapist

For over 14 years, I’ve been building and supporting businesses across industries — helping women clarify their offers, speak about their work with confidence, and grow in a way that actually feels good… without the stress or the constant “shoulds.”
I’ve learned from some of the top leaders in marketing, messaging, subconscious and somatic modalities — and combined that with 14+ years of hands-on experience supporting women and leaders in business.
My approach blends strategy with nervous system awareness, so your offer isn’t just smart on paper — it feels doable, aligned, and natural to talk about.
The goal isn’t more doing — it’s clearer direction, more confidence, and more spaciousness in how you work.
